Meet us for Yoga in the Gardens! Take a moment for yourself to just breathe, move and be surrounded by the beauty of Botanica. This all levels yoga class will focus on combining gentle stretching poses with conscious breathing and proper alignment to help you feel stronger and more grounded. Embrace the harmony of mind and body during a 45-minute yoga session for beginners surrounded by stunning views of the vineyard, fields and farm animals! After our yoga session, enjoy a charcuterie board and wine pairing session with Kansas farm families who grow your food. Ticket sale proceeds and food donations collected at the event will directly benefit a local food bank.
